The National Women’s History Exhibition Hall is run by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family under Framework Act
on Women’s Development since 2002.
As a visitor, you will encounter countless lives and experiences of women throughout our history.
The Exhibition Hall presents the great and beautiful stories on women contributing to the historical development, the stories on women who changed the history through their creative wisdom, the heartbreaking stories on sex slavery during the wartime and colonial period,
and the stories of the women’s movement emphasizing the world peace through gender equality.
One often describes history as “continuous communication between the past and the present” The National Women’s History Exhibition Hall is a space where you communicate with the past and plan the future. Our mission is to pass down the great story.
